Chet Holmes – Ultimate Sales Machine Book Notes

These are my highlights from Chet Holmes’ Ultimate Sales Machine. I highly recommend buying this book and reading it for yourself, but until then, this should get you going.

Not only did the implementation of the Gold Service improve sales, it also stabilized the business. Where the owner used to hope every month that customers would respond to his fliers, he now knows, going into each month, how many people are signed up for the Gold Service cleaning. It made the business more stable in every way and it transformed sales performance.

NO B.S. Price Strategy Book Notes

These are my highlights from Dan Kennedy’s No B.S. Price Strategy. I highly recommend buying this book and reading it for yourself, but until then, this should get you going.

Most business owners are failures at price strategy, to an extent they are unaware of. That ignorance might be bliss, but itโ€™s very costly and hazardous to oneโ€™s wealth. When I say they fail at price strategy, I mean that they fail to use price as a positive marketing tool and path to advantage. I also mean that they fail to create the greatest possible profit in their business.

Personal Trainer 5 Minute A Day Fitness Group Business Idea

This will work for fitpro’s, but could easily work for any kind of coaching.

Startup cost = $0
Your price: $30/mo

Your Goal

34 people signed up = $1,020 per month.

Your Offer

Get Fit And Stay Healthy In 5 Minutes A Day – Without Leaving The House Or Buying Equipment

Your Audience

Your target audience is entrepreneurs and other work-at-home people.

They should know the importance of fitness and have the money to afford it – the reason they don’t do it is time or laziness. You’re selling accountability and encouragement.

Your ideal member knows that they will perform better in work and live a better life if they were just a bit healthier. They know that they won’t make an hour out of every other day to go to the gym. They don’t own any lulu lemon, gym chalk, or even flat soled shoes.

The reason this group is perfect for them is that it will give them the resources, encouragement, and accountability they need to stay healthy, without taking more than 5 minutes a day.

The Strategy

Create a FB group for your program home base.

When they join the group, they get a generic meal/macro plan, calorie counting tips, and other simple guidelines to follow to achieve good health (no soda’s, cut the junk food, etc).

Every day, you do a livestream or uploaded video that’s a 5 minute follow-along bodyweight workout.

The reason this gets results is the simple lifestyle changes, getting your calories in line, and getting 5 minutes of working out in every day (2.5 hours a month, vs 0 minutes a month).

After the workout session, you can do a Q&A session to answer anyone’s questions, ask everyone to post their progress or check in that they did the workout, and that’s it for the day. 10 minutes of work every day to keep up with the group.

The rest of your time should be spent getting members for the group.

More Money

Create a higher dollar 1 on 1 offer around $197/mo for whatsapp access and a more personal level of training, workout and meal plans, etc.

Sell one off consultations, workout and meal plans at $99/ea.

Give 1 free month of group access or 1 on 1 training for referrals.

Ask other fitpro’s to send people to your group who aren’t ready for 1 on 1 services and give them a referral fee.

You should have $1k in no time!
